Serve as the primary administrative support to building administration
Manage the main office and ensure efficient daily operations
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
Maintain office supplies and equipment
Maintain accurate and confidential student records (cumulative files, transcripts, attendance)
Enter and update student information in district data systems
Monitor and record daily student attendance
Communicate attendance concerns to administration
Verify and document excuses for absences

Operate student information systems (SIS)
Use district software for attendance, grading, and purchasing
Troubleshoot minor office technology issues
